Freda is the founder of The Soulful Collective Center in Seneca, South Carolina — a wellness and community space centered around healing, connection, and nervous system support.

She is a Registered Nurse with years of leadership experience in healthcare, Freda is also a trauma-informed yoga teacher, somatic therapy certified practitioner, Reiki Master, and sound healing practitioner.

Through both professional and personal life experiences, Freda understands the importance of creating safe spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. Her work focuses on helping others reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breathwork, somatic practices, community, and compassionate care.

At The Soulful Collective, Freda takes great pride in creating classes and experiences that are trauma-informed, inclusive, and welcoming to all. She believes healing should feel accessible, supportive, and free from judgment — a place where people can truly come as they are.

Freda is passionate about making healing accessible and believes that everyone deserves a soft place to land while navigating life’s challenges.
