My Story
I am honored to be a part of this organization, where I am committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence. As a survivor myself, my passion for this work is deeply personal and rooted in a firsthand understanding of how critical safety, support, and compassion truly are.
I am currently in my first year of obtaining my master’s degree in psychology, with a focus in counseling. This educational journey is an important step in my long-term commitment to supporting mental health and helping individuals work through life’s challenges, including trauma. I am dedicated to helping create spaces where survivors feel heard, supported, and empowered to rebuild their lives. I am especially driven by a desire to help build a safer future for individuals and families in our community. Looking ahead, I hope to use my education and experience to support individuals navigating mental health struggles and emotional healing.
While I am still growing in my professional path, I know I want to work in a role where I can help people process trauma, build resilience, and move toward healthier, more stable lives. Over the next two years, I look forward to advocating for stronger resources, raising awareness, and contributing to meaningful, lasting change.
