Elizabeth Blanton is the founder of Grounded and Growing Co., a community-based coaching and peer support organization dedicated to supporting children, teens, and families throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. She has experience working in crisis intervention and mobile crisis response, providing support to individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Her work has strengthened her skills in emotional regulation support, communication coaching, conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, youth engagement, and family support services.
Elizabeth is currently pursuing her degree in psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, with a strong focus on mental health, behavior, trauma, and evidence-based approaches that strengthen confidence, emotional resilience, and healthy family dynamics. Her background in peer support and community outreach has fueled her passion for making emotional wellness support more approachable, accessible, and practical for everyday families.
Her partnership with Rebecca’s Light Foundation and involvement in the Healing Circle Program is deeply meaningful to her because she believes healing happens best in safe, supportive communities where people feel heard without judgment. Elizabeth is passionate about helping individuals break cycles, rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, and realize they are not alone in their struggles. She is especially driven to advocate for children, parents, and survivors by creating spaces centered on empowerment, connection, and growth.
